Conductor Resistance
acc. to EN 60228
The conductor class acc. to IEC 60228 (DIN VDE 0295) refers to the flexibility of the conductor.
There is no correspondence between the conductor class and its intended use.
Certain finely stranded cables, for example, are exclusively intended for fixed, unmoved installation (e.g. car, ship or airplane construction).
